It depends. We have two types of cleaning: the one that our client provides the supplies and other that we bring all supplies needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call 72 hours before your next scheduled service.
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service and it can be made through cash, check or zelle.
However our client demands! Weekly, every other week, monthly, it’s totally up to you. Due the fact we work on a no-contract basis, you can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your busy schedule, budget and cleaning needs.
Yes, however tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. But, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter.
Absolutely! However, if you have any special requests regarding your pets or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, C47 needs this information to be included on your work order.
Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you and we can enter your home however you feel most comfortable with: giving us a key or the garage code access.
C47 uses specifics products according to the place that will be cleaned.
